重要须知：
1、请需要预订房间的参会代表点击"酒店预订"按钮，选择酒店及房型点击确认提交，即为预订成功（住宿费用自理，提交后不需要在线支付，酒店工作人员将于6月20日前后与您核实订房信息，且与您沟通相应住宿交费事宜，请随时关注网站公布各个酒店工作人员及联系方式）。
2、酒店房型未标注早餐的均为含双份早餐（注：早餐按实际入住登记人员提供，最多不超过两份）。

友情提醒：
1、房源比较紧张，请参会人员尽早预订，合住的参会代表请勿重复选择房间。如遇房间数量不足大会将优先给提前缴纳注册费的参会人员预留。
2、请完成注册信息（选定注册类型即为注册成功），方可预订酒店。

住宿费用提示： 若您的住宿费用标准超出会议规定额度，建议选择双人合住方式。

The Conference Organizing Committee has secured negotiated rates with the JW Marriott Hotel Harbin (main venue) .

Important Notes: 
1. Attendees requiring room reservations should click the "Hotel Reservation" button, select their preferred hotel and room type, and confirm the submission to complete the booking (accommodation costs are self-paid; no online payment is required upon submission). Hotel staff will contact you around June 20 to verify reservation details and discuss payment arrangements. Please monitor the conference website for updates on hotel contacts and further instructions.  
2. Room types without specified breakfast inclusions include two complimentary breakfasts(Note: Breakfast is provided based on actual registered occupants, with a maximum of two per room).  

Friendly Reminders: 
1. Due to limited availability, attendees are encouraged to book early. Co-occupants should avoid duplicate room selections. In case of insufficient rooms, priority will be given to participants who have completed their registration fee payment in advance.  
2. Hotel reservations are only available after completing the registration process (selecting a registration type constitutes successful registration).
